All prices are subject to change and in certain circumstances may include postage costs. Currently postal charges are free for all orders of 150 pounds and over. The postal charges are as follows:
Less than £20 Postage - £2.95
£20.00 - £29.99 Postage - £3.25
£30.00 - £49.99 Postage £4.45
£50.00 - £149.99 Postage £6.95
£150.00 and over Postage Free of Charge
The postage costs apply to the UK mainland only, for quotes for carriage to other destinations please email or phone the store for a quote and the visit Add Extra Postage To Order and select the correct amount as part of your on line purchase.
We apologise if there any discrepancies due to typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them. We are not obliged to sell items at mis-marked prices. We apologise and make every effort to avoid these errors.We are not obliged to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability.Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. Most orders will be delivered within 10 working days of placing the order. If we are unable to despatch any items within 4 business days, you will be notified by email as to the likely despatch date.
Payments made by credit or debit cards will not be completed until the item has been dispatched to the purchaser.
From time to time, Scotti Knights may offer on line discounts or promotions on individual or groups of products. There is no guarantee that these offers outside of the internet purchasing facility and that the store cannot neccessarily offer the same deals. Equally, where the store may have a prompotion also, there is no garantee that the on line service will offer the same deals.
Scottis Discounts
Because of the huge reduction in the prices, the voucher scheme does not apply to items from the discounted range. The 10% will be calculated by the shopping cart but the payment transaction will be void. Monies spent on discounted items do not qualify foir the 10% promotion.
The voucher scheme is currently suspended, but may be reinstated as an when deemed appropriate.
If any items sell out, the web site will be updated at the next available opportunity. The purchaser will be notifed the same day where possible and if a satisfactory alternative is not available the payment transaction will be voided.
Disclaimer
Scotti Knights MCC Ltd are not responsible for any damages to persons or property arising from the use of any of the products sold on this web site. All helmets are ECU2205 compliant as provided by the manufacturers.
Security
All payments made through this web site are handled by the romancart.com shopping cart for item ordering and by HSBC Secure ePayments for credit card detail collection and processing. All sensitive data transmission are encrypted using SSL encryption. Any credit or debit card details are not made avaialble to Scotti Knights and are handled securely by HSBC payment systems.
Returns/Exchange Policy The return/exchange of merchandise can be made within 7 days of receipt following notification to Scotti Knights Ltd
If an exchange is due to an error on the part of Scotti Knights, or a defect with the product that occurred during the manufacturing or shipping process, Scotti Knights will exchange the product and the customer will incurr no additional postage charges. If however the exchange is due to incorrect ordering then the customer will be obliged to pay for any addtional postage charges incurred by the exchange process and also a discressionary handling fee of 5% of the list price of the mechandise returned.
In the case of helmets, then any defect must be notifed via email within 24 hours of delivery. Scotti Knights will happily inspect and replace any defective helmet free of charge that is reported within the 24 hour notification period. For safety reasons, Scotti Knights cannot exchange or refund the cost of any helmet reported outside of the 24 hour period nor any helmet that has had its delivery lables removed. Return/Exchange Procedure
- Contact Scotti Knights Ltd via email or telephone (during shop hours) as detailed on the 'Contact Us' page of the web site. Quote the reference number originally issued at the time of purchase.
- All merchandise must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
- Merchandise must be returned or exchanged undamaged, with no marks on the original manufacturer packaging and with any original lables still attached.
- Scotti Knights will aranage for inspection of returned goods for damage, misuse, improper packaging and/or missing parts.
